The Role: The Contracts Manager will have the opportunity to lead high-profile projects in the stadia and high-end retail sectors.
Responsibilities: Oversee all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental aspects of projects.
Maintain professionalism in client and team interactions.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and uphold client satisfaction.
Lead project delivery within budget and program timelines.
Collaborate with the commercial team to optimize project financials.
Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in contracts management with knowledge of building regulations and compliance.
Familiarity with JCT, NEC, and D&B contractual agreements.
Experience with BIM projects, BREEAM delivery, CDM/Principal Designer roles, and file management systems (Procore, Conject).
Background in high-end fit-out projects.
