Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across developments.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and local authorities.
Provide strategic input during pre-construction and planning phases.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in residential construction, ideally with design-and-build and timber kit projects.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and health and safety standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
