Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Manager at Lane Roofing in Birmingham.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects, including cladding, building refurbishments and roof sheeting projects.
They will manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
The Contract Manager will also be involved in project planning, cost estimation, and quality control.
