Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time As the Contract Manager, you will: Successfully manage the contract and deliver projects from award to completion and close-out, including day to day management and motivation of the contract delivery team. Build effective relationships internally and externally; manage the relationship between the project team and client to ensure effective management of the scope, such that all projects are completed effectively strictly in accordance with the requirements of the contract as a minimum and generate positive feedback. Be responsible for overseeing all Client and Vendor interfaces to ensure seamless project execution is achieved, managing both Company inputs and client expectations effectively whilst preserving the reputation and interests of Company at all times. Have input to operational personnel recruitment, training and resource allocation, including assessment of resourced headcount and management of same. Be responsible for development, management and delivery of Company budgets whilst maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, developing and implementing KPIs and performance targets as applicable in conjunction with client and Company senior management team, providing direction and support to project personnel to achieve or exceed targets and KPIs. Provide guidance, support, oversight and stewardship of the preparation and challenge of all project cost estimates and approval of same, with effective management to ensure project budgets are met. Ensure robust technical and commercial change control mechanisms/procedures are in place and are being adhered to diligently. You'll have: Strong Leadership skills. Extensive People Management and relationship building skills and experience. Effective team building capability coupled with previous management experience and ability. Client and quality focused delivery style, with ability to drive continual improvement. High standard of professional conduct. Excellent communicator, in both written and verbal forms with excellent influencing and inter-personal skills. Good organisational skills with ability to use own initiative. Strong commercial awareness. Responsive to business and client needs, with ability to identify and implement changes required to improve value delivered. Excellent safety awareness and safety management experience. Understanding of interfaces between various engineering disciplines. Thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant oil & gas industry codes and standards. Significant, demonstrable experience in an offshore industry project delivery role including construction activities through to close-out. In depth understanding of effective project delivery and campaign execution planning. Significant, demonstrable experience in anticipating and resolving problems and contingency planning capabilities. Financial and contractual awareness coupled with sound commercial judgement. Qualifications Degree qualified in an Engineering or Project Management discipline. Masters degree in relevant discipline. Membership of a recognised professional body. Project Management Training – PMI or APM accredited. About Us
