As a Contract Lead based in Stoke (ST6 5FD), you'll be responsible for: Taking control of contract business in the branch Liaise with contract customers via email and phone Load jobs onto the system Ensure the stock is available and the pricing is correct Liaise with the rest of the team to make sure delivery goes out in full and on timeThis is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between - and one Saturday a month - And here's what we'd like you to have: Ability to work with and engage with customers so that they feel supportedKnowledge of planning and organising resourcesAdaptable approach High attention to detail, quality and standards Dependable team player, with a willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethic.We look forward to receiving your application!
