We are currently seeking a passionate, proactive, and self-motivated Contract Hire Manager to join our truck and trailer division, based at our Head Office in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Branch Sales Managers in your region to generate new business sales.
Identify and secure long-term rental, contract hire, and finance sales of our truck and trailer fleet.
Set, agree, and deliver area sales objectives through target customer acquisition, individual negotiations, lead conversions, and ongoing performance review.
Provide regular feedback and market intelligence on customer, competitor, and industry activity.
Offer innovative ideas to promote the business within your area and beyond.
Develop and execute action plans to achieve area revenue targets for contract sales.
Update CRM systems to maintain accurate customer and sales data.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
