We're currently seeking a Contract Delivery Managerwho shares our commitment to quality, service, and environmental improvement.
Role Overview: The Contracts Manager will efficiently manage contracts for the Company, ensuring the works are completed to the standard required and within work program timescales.
They will also ensure all works are undertaken in line with Health & Safety legislation.
Duties and responsibilities: Manage and supervise heating contracts and renewable installations.
Survey, plan and quality control heating installations.
Manage installers to deliver programmed jobs and visit contracts to ensure all subcontractor and projects are operating within the parameters set out by the client, Sign off installations and ensure completion of relevant documentation.
Weekly reports on successful/unsuccessful visits to properties.
Ensure contracts are delivered in line with budget/target expectations.
Monitor progress of site/contracts works ensuring key dates are met.
Manage and motivate employees and associated staff to ensure that all contracts are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients liaising effectively via formal and informal meets.
Ensure that all matters relating to H&S are addressed.
Liaise with office administration to update company data base on jobs surveyed, completed, follow up works and ensure installers packs are completed with all documentation compliance received.
Work in conjunction with the Operations Manager and SHEQ Manager to ensure compliance on H&S.
Skills, experience & qualifications: Current gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1.
National certificate in plumbing/heating.
Unvented hot water.
Water bylaws 2000.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Accurate and good attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously.
Plan, organise and schedule own workload, ability to work to deadlines.
IT skills (desirable as training would be provided).
