Contract Administrator

CK Group are recruiting for a Contract Administrator, to join a leading biopharmaceutical company, based at their site in Paddington, London on a hybrid basis.    Contract duration: 6 months.
  Rate: £15.24 per hour PAYE or £19.80 per hour via umbrella company.
  Contract Administrator Role: Apply and evolve the Health Care Practitioner (HCP) and Patient contracting process in collaboration with all key stakeholders.
Manage individual HCPs and Patient contracts associated with medical communication activities.
Develop and maintain a Contract process chart, outlining the process, the different country requirements and timelines, the core stakeholders and the relevant databases.
Manage HCPS and Patient contracts for medical communication activities such as;  Advisory board meetings Satellite symposia Training Your Background : Graduate qualification or equivalent working experience in a relevant discipline.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, especially in the scientific field.
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and schedule high volume tasks simultaneously.
Experience working in a similar role in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in contracting regulations and legal experience that would be an advantage.
