Job Description What you'll do: The ideal candidate will perform various administrative tasks to support the crews working from our Wellington depot.
As an Contract Administrator, you will ensure efficient order processing, contract management, and general office duties.
Responsibilities: Daily administration of Various contracts to include receipting orders via Email from Clients , logging onto Spreadsheets and EDRS and preparing Job Packs for Crews, managing the admin of those contracts.
Raising Purchase Orders in the IFS System.
Answering the Telephone and liaising with Clients for Work Orders.
Assisting the Contracting Department for daily duties Qualifications What We're Looking For?
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic office equipment and systems.
Previous experience in a similar role within the industry will be an advantage.
