The Business Administration Apprentice within PMO is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Project Management team, facilitating the smooth delivery of projects, and ensuring adherence to PMO processes and standards.
The role involves managing project documentation, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate data, and supporting effective stakeholder communication.
Within this role the successful candidate will also be supporting the newly established Revenue Recognition team by collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organisation's financial and strategic goals.
In this position, the apprentice will gain hands-on experience in project management, learn about the structure and operations of corporate environments, and develop a comprehensive set of business administration skills.
The apprentice will also assist with compliance monitoring, data management, and process improvement initiative.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (required).
A-Levels or relevant Level 2 qualifications (desirable).
A passion for project management, business administration, and corporate operations.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new software and tools.
