We pride ourselves on being friendly, efficient and helpful whilst always working to learn and develop to continually improve the services we offer.The role is suitable for a range of candidates from those with an administrative background looking for the next step in their career or a more experienced candidate who has some prior experience and knowledge of business planning and/or performance management .The role supports the Senior Continuous Improvement Officer and Business Planning Manager in providing internal managers with advice and support on business services including business planning, risk management, performance management and other specialist business functions.The role is career graded from £25,998 to £33,294 and the successful candidate may be appointed at any point within that range, depending on experience.
A training plan will be agreed with the successful candidate to ensure they are fully supported to gain the knowledge and experience to progress through the career grades.About the Role: The role is permanent, and one post is available.The main duties include:- Resolving queries and providing advice and guidance to internal managers and colleagues on a broad range of topics (.
business planning, risk management, performance management, and other specialist business functions as required) Providing, analysing and maintaining data, information and reports Maintaining and developing the department's performance system Providing project support on departmental and service improvement projects Tasks and responsibilities will be based on the individual's place within the career grading scheme.About You:To apply for this role, you must have the following: Written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills) Build strong relationships creating open and transparent relationships based on trust Ability to analyse data Ability to work on own initiative along with a commitment to team working Good organisational skills, able to plan and prioritise own work with conflicting priorities The ability to respond to challenge in a positive and constructive manner Understanding of, and commitment to, equal opportunities, and the ability to apply this to all situations.
