Main duties of the job The Continuous Improvement and Learning Administrator will be responsible for providing administration and clerical support for staff and managers in all aspects of quality and patient safety within the Division.

They will also be required to help support the internal systems, processes and activities in the service.
The post holder will provide administration support to Senior Leads and other staff within the Continuous improvement and learning team.
The post holder will report to the Continuous Learning and Improvement Support Manager.The Administrator will provide the direct support to the service objective of driving assurance and governance activity across the Division.
They will also support work on the core areas of responsibility for the Service.
Person Specification Essential Essential Higher National Certificate or equivalent knowledge/experience, Experience in a PA or secretarial role providing a full spectrum of administrative and office management duties,Experience of organizing, handling and inputting large volumes of data and producing basic reports and summaries.,Experience of identifying, extracting and exporting raw data from clinical records, computer databases and other sources and organising data for quantitative and qualitative analysis and importing into departmental databases and spreadsheets,Shorthand skills and Audio transcribing skills Minute taking skills Good basic administrative knowledge Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Excellent communication skills Prioritising own workload, resolving conflicting diary appointments,Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the Data Protection Act 1998 in order to exchange confidential or sensitive information with senior managers/clinical staff in a responsible manner Maintain confidentiality at all times ensuring that there are no breaches of security as a consequence of personal actions.
