Contentious Trusts & Estates Paralegal

Our client is a top City firm with a reputation for full service commercial advice and an impressive roster of international commercial clients and high net worth individuals.
They regularly advise trust companies in the UK and offshore on complex cross-border issues relating to succession and tax planning as well as a wide variety of disputes arising in a trust context.
Their knowledge of the global trust industry means that they are also often instructed in asset tracing cases and anti-trust litigation by settlors, trustees and beneficiaries.
The firm is looking for a paralegal with large scale commercial litigation experience to assist on a 12 month rolling basis.
Previous large scale litigation experience is imperative.
Immediate availability is also important.
