- You will be responsible for a caseload including matters such as validity challenges, IPDFA claims, removal of executors and claims for proprietary estoppel.
- You will be working with, and supporting, the Head of Department with supervisory and business development activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must as is a genuine desire to contributed to the contentious probate team's ongoing success.
