The team of existing solicitors handles a full range of matters including advising on the removal of executors and trustees, defending claims by beneficiaries, Power of Attorney disputes, court of protection and succession disputes and Inheritance Act claims.
Due to the significant development and expansion of the firm's commercial offering, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate/ Partner to work alongside the Managing Partner to strengthen their commercial offering and grow the department.
