You will have proven experience in handling a complex caseload of Contested Probate and Inheritance Act claims.
Experience of Court of Protection work would be an advantage but is not essential and can:
Deliver succinct high quality advice, Demonstrate excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills Have a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.
