Contentious Construction Solicitor

Our client, a highly respected, progressive law firm, is seeking a Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Solicitor to join their reputable and highly ranked Construction Litigation team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes construction litigation cases within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The role can be based in either Cardiff or Swansea and offers hybrid working.

About the Role As a key team member, you will engage in diverse and complex construction disputes, working closely with senior solicitors on a wide range of contentious matters.
You will handle litigation and dispute resolution cases, including contract breaches, professional negligence claims, and project delays, focusing on delivering client-centric solutions.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess:
A solicitor qualification in England & Wales (NQ to 2 years PQE) with experience in construction litigation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A commercial outlook with a proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving.
