Contentious Construction Lawyer, Edinburgh This well-known, highly regarded, full-service law firm is looking to recruit a contentious construction lawyer to join its market-leading team.
The role will involve advising contractors and employers across a wide variety of construction and engineering matters, including:
Advising on contracts Advising on disputes in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session Advising on arbitrations, adjudications, and mediations Applicants will be 1-3 years PQE and ideally will have contentious construction experience, although a commercial litigation background will also be considered.
