Summary: Sienna Charles, a leading luxury travel and lifestyle brand featured in top business and lifestyle publications, is looking for a skilled Content Strategist and Writer to develop the personal brand of our founder, Jaclyn Sienna India.
This full-time role involves direct collaboration with the CEO.
Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to build a brand through thought leadership content, as evidenced by a portfolio of their work.
Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand pillars identified by the PR team.
Editorial Planning: Create a quarterly content calendar outlining the weekly scope of content for each channel, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, and opinion columns in earned and/or paid media.
Demonstrate expertise in producing both short-form (social media) and long-form (newsletters, columns) content as well as a podcast.
Thought Leadership Content: Ideate, write, and distribute a monthly opinion column for top-tier publications suggested by the PR team.
Speechwriting: Adapt the CEO's existing speeches for new public engagements, tailoring the content to the specific audience and occasion.
Video Content: Cooperate with the videographer to produce video content that further enhances the storytelling across social media channels.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance using relevant tools and metrics.
Provide recommendations for optimization.
