Salt have partnered with a leading entertainment brand who are looking to onboard a wonderful Content Producer for a 9 month FTC.
OVERVIEW:
The overall purpose of this role is to originate content (ideate, shoot & edit) that's native to channels and at times to repurpose content to effectively connect audiences with stories
The majority of this will be micro video content for owned, earned and paid social channels and will include Gif's, photo stories.
Some of this content will be planned and some reactive quick turnaround
This role requires proven content creation experience (shooting on mobile phone, editing, design, ideation), an ability to give direction to others, to ideate and find creative solutions, helping the team bring them to life
This role reports into the Content Lead and sits within Marketing and will work in close collaboration with CCH colleagues as well as Marcomms, Digital, Planning and Consumer PR
This role will lead the response to our Family of Games content – creative responses to briefs (ensuring the content embraces current channel trends) and logistically collaborating with team members and scheduling shoots as needed
Reactive work can require unsociable hours (usual hours are 9-5.30pm)
TEAM DESCRIPTION:
The role sits within the Creative Hub, which in turn is within Brand & Marketing.
Creative Hub is circa 26 people drawn from all corners of the creative and production industries.
We bring a blend of fresh thinking and historical perspective to every task and cover the following areas:
o Creative origination and development
o Creative content production
o Media partnerships and editorial
o Print procurement and production
o Campaign creative rollout
o Creative operations management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the Content Lead, CH team, Digital (Social), Brand & Marketing:
• Together with the Content Lead interpret, ideate and execute responses to Campaign Briefs that
answer the needs of the business.
Ensure all required formats across relevant channels are delivered.
• To work collaboratively with team Campaign and Content Manager and Social Planners to ensure
existing assets to be re-purposed or content origination can happen in a planned, achievable timeline.
• To be adept at working reactively to turn around quick-fire content in response to customer needs and relevant events in the wider world.
• Work collaboratively with Social colleagues to ensure that the content created is fit for purpose and that it is monitored and evaluated effectively once published to inform future content creation.
• Keep abreast of best-in-class storytelling in the outside world and bring external thinking into the
business.
• Be conversant with and share know-how on emerging platforms and technical developments in reaching and engaging with audiences.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Proven video content creation/video production expertise.
• Strong experience in Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and AfterEffects.
• Experience posting content to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Self-shooter (on video, film and content) and able to edit content.
• Proactive and positive, self- motivated and solutions orientated.

Salary: 44k maximum pro-rata
Hybrid working 2 days in Bond Street Office, 3 days from home
