Introduction As an English content marketing specialist at FactFinder, your primary role is to create compelling, brand-aligned content that educates and attracts our ideal customer profile (ICP) across Europe, especially in the UK and Nordics. Collaborating proactively with the marketing team, you're instrumental in propelling projects forward to reach our goals of lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
Your mission Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with our product, ICP, and marketing and business goals. Craft engaging, on-brand long and short-form content across our website, blog, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral that resonates with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and showcases our product capabilities. Innovate and implement creative strategies to drive lead generation through compelling copy. Collaborate closely with our German content marketing specialist to ensure seamless and efficient content production in both EN and DE. Work with our UK and Nordic regional leads to tailor content to our ICP in these regions. Coordinate diverse content projects (anything from video to copy) across departments, including product, sales, and partnership teams. Co-create content, such as case studies, with clients and key partners. Support both organic and paid social campaigns with relevant and engaging content. Employ SEO best practices, monitor performance metrics, and optimize content for improved rankings. Translate and edit content as needed. Your profile Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Strong project and time management. Degree in marketing, eCommerce, journalism, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience in content creation or a similar role. Experience and interest in the eCommerce sector. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Impeccable attention to detail and proofreading skills. Proficiency in MS-Office, WordPress, and Google Analytics. Native-level English required; knowledge of German and/or Swedish is a plus.
