We are seeking a dynamic and experienced thumb-stopping TikTok specialist.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the creative strategy across all briefs.
The ideal candidate is a social native, with a passion for storytelling, a keen understanding of social media trends, and a proven track record for delivering compelling and effective creative campaigns.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have achieved at least 1 million views across a TikTok account controlled by you (either via your personal account or a clients account you control).

Responsibilities: • Creative strategy development - ensuring creative routes are aligned with client objectives, tick SOS social principles and are social first.
Staying abreast of the latest trends, challenges, and features on TikTok and leveraging this knowledge to inform creative strategies.
• Content ideation and creation - generate innovative and engaging content ideas for TikTok as per the client brief.
Oversee the execution and delivery of this content, to ensure assets are on-brief, social first and informed by the latest trends and creative learnings.
• Campaign Management - manage end-to-end execution of creative campaigns, from concept development to final delivery.
Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to guarantee our campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.
