We're looking for a creative, trend-driven Content Creator with a strong background in TikTok management to join our client - an iconic global brand known for its chic, relaxed luxury loungewear with a nostalgic, yet timeless vibe.
Create content for a brand inspired by early 2000s pop culture, which blends comfort with eye-catching details, perfect for those who love a touch of sparkle and confident style.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Strategy: Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to and execute creative strategies, bringing innovative ideas to social media planning and content creation.
Content Creation & Direction: Develop and execute engaging video concepts that reflect our brand narrative, values, and resonate with our audience across platforms, especially TikTok.
Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Stay current on social media trends, challenges, and platform updates, incorporating relevant trends into our content strategy.
Content Standards & Quality Control: Set the creative standard for the team, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively engages the target audience.
Video Production & Editing: Edit 9:16 video content using Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar mobile-first editing tools, ensuring high-quality production and storytelling.
Video Shoot Management: Oversee short-form video shoots from pre-production through post-production, managing all logistics and optimizing resources to maintain budgetary goals.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by supporting and mentoring junior team members, encouraging growth in their content creation skills.
Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and creative ideas with the wider marketing team to strengthen overall content and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing TikTok channels; additional experience with Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms is advantageous.
Creativity & Innovation: Passion for social media and a creative mindset, with a track record of generating fresh, engaging content ideas.
Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Suite and CapCut.
Skills in photography and graphic design are a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Experience: 3-4 years in a creative, content-focused role with experience in social media strategy and growth, particularly on TikTok.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
Salary: Excellent Market Rate UK APPLICANTS ONLY CONSIDERED
