We're looking for a Content Creator who not only understands our audience's motivations but can effectively translate this insight into content that builds engagement and brand loyalty.
The Role (FT or will consider PT) As our Content Creator, you'll be the voice of Folksy, responsible for creating engaging content across social media, email, and our website.
Your role will involve planning, producing, and distributing compelling graphics, videos, and email campaigns that resonate with our audience.
You'll manage organic social media, curate on-site content like gift guides and blog features, and run targeted social ads to enhance our reach, especially during key seasonal periods.
What You'll Bring Experience in content creation: Skilled in creating social media graphics, short-form videos, and engaging emails and sharing this content across a range of platforms.
Audience Insight: Ability to create content that speaks to user motivations and builds brand loyalty.
Analytical Skills: Knowledge of Meta Insights, social media analytics, and experience in tracking and optimising campaign performance.
You may not be proficient in this area but it needs to be something you will embrace and lean into!
