We have an exciting new opportunity for a Content Assistant to join our PR & Communications team.
This role is full time, on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As our Content Assistant, you'll be based out of our state-of-the-art new Head Office at the Mailbox, Birmingham.
You'll be joining our passionate marketing team to create compelling and consistent copy for use across the business, supporting internal and external communication.
You will be a natural storyteller, with a high attention to detail and a passion for art.
Understanding the importance of brand tone of voice, you will take pride in maintaining it across all of your work, driving our accessible luxury brand positioning.
In this busy role, you will be spinning many plates across multiple campaigns with a flexible approach.
What the Content Assistant Role Includes:• Working closely with our Digital Marketing, Studio and Artist Management teams, to write, proof, and edit high quality compelling copy and communications, across a variety of formats and channels.
• Support artist launches and branded content, including collection overviews, blogs, invitations, POS, marketing brochures and other external/internal communications.
• Maintain the Castle Fine Art tone of voice and act as a guardian for its use across the business.
• Support the PR & Communications Manager and Head of Marketing in conveying the brand proposition and values across all communications.
• Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate information from all key departments to send communications to our 38 nationwide galleries.
• Research relevant industry writers, trends and content ideas.• Support the activation of content campaigns across online and offline channels.

• Proactive and results focused personality with the ability to maintain a content calendar.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• Optimising digital content for search / experience using SEO tools.• The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative on a day-to day basis.
* While this role is Office based, it will require occasional travel to visit our wonderful artists and galleries nationwide.
