Opening hours - 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday to Sunday What will I do?
R esponsible for taking telephone and email enquiries and communicating with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
You will be knowledgeable and have a strong understanding of all hotels, products and services to enable you to provide the customer with the relevant information, take payments for bookings and converting calls into sales.
