Key management consulting Director role in expanding M&A, strategy, growth, change and transformation consultancy. They work cross functionally to prepare their impressive client base for significant high impact change and to embed it within their business. The firm works across sectors, with a focus on pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumer goods and infrastructure. Their services cross strategy, business case development and target operating model design to operational readiness and change implementation, with a focus on people. The role: They are continuing to grow their business in 2024. As a result, they have created a new leadership role as Consulting Director and are seeking a very experienced management consultant with significant strategy, change and transformation experience to work closely with the existing leadership team on this journey.
This hybrid role will work across sales and business development, delivery and leading client consulting engagements, as well as operational management and proposition development. The role includes:
Leading a portfolio of assignments and client projects across strategy development and transformation delivery including managing consulting staff and key stakeholders. Sales/business development: developing and growing existing clients as well as new business. Develop the consulting capability and propositions, thought leadership and people. You: An experienced management consultant with recent employment at Senior Manager or Director level with an established consulting firm. Broad experience, with established capability at CxO level, across strategy, Target Operating Model, business growth, transformation, organisational change and leadership development. Some expertise in one or more of procurement, sourcing, shared services, customer growth or commercial assessments. Experience cross industry and ideally including experience in one or more of pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumer goods and infrastructure. Proven experience in sales and growing client accounts as well as delivery and broader practice development. Location and mobility: Our client has a flexible working model but applicants must be based in commuting distance of London and willing to work in the London office 2-3 days per week and at client site as required.
Salary and package: £110,000 – c£140,000 base plus bonus plus benefits.
