Reports To: Commercial Director
This is a single contributor role where you will be the technical face of our company, building strong relationships with customers and presenting tailored cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical pre-sales and cloud computing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Collaborate with sales teams to articulate the value of our solutions and support the development of proposals and presentations.
Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing.
Provide enablement programs and training for customers to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role.
~Respond to technical customer queries directly or via account managers.
Participate in technical training and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Support account managers with pre-sales activities, including drafting proposals and delivering technical presentations.

Travel Requirements
While the role is primarily remote, some travel may be required to meet customers or attend partner events.
