Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation TrustHeart, Lung and Critical Care Clinical Group Consultant Cardio-thoracic Radiologist Location - Harefield Hospital Applications are invited for the post of Consultant in Radiology to join a successful and enthusiastic multi-disciplinary team providing the full range of diagnostic imaging procedures for our own patients and those of neighbouring hospitals. This is a post for a Consultant in Radiology (whole-time) based at Harefield Hospital, which provides additional support to the rest of the team in delivering a successful lung screening programme on the Harefield site. This additional post also supports the delivery of the increasing service within all imaging modalities.
Main duties of the jobThe principal role of this post is to provide clinical services in Radiology, working closely with 4 other radiology consultant colleagues. The post holder will be responsible for delivery of high-quality clinical care for patients being seen through the imaging department. A suitable post holder will engage in clinical research in imaging.
