Consultant Psychiatrist - Old Age CMHT - Salford West ClusterThe post holder will be responsible for providing clinical care for the patients in community for the West Cluster.
Additionally, the post-holder will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the development of the broader Older Adult team.
The post holder will work with the Home-Based Treatment Team and Care Coordinators from the three Community Mental Health Teams in Salford, to facilitate discharge, and provide an alternative to inpatient admission.
