Job summary As a Consultant Psychiatrist at Elysium Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the delivery of best practice care for patients with complex mental health needs.
You will work closely with NHS clinicians and commissioners to provide high-quality psychiatric services at Rosebank House Hospital in Reading.
Main duties of the job As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will take on a clinical leadership role, overseeing the care provided to patients at Rosebank House Hospital.
You will be responsible for assessing, treating, and discharging patients safely, managing their medication, and ensuring the delivery of NICE guidance.
You will also lead and manage the CPA and ICR process to maintain compliance with quality standards.
This is a 15-hour per week role, and you will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and external healthcare providers.
