Consultant Psychiatrist – Enfield North Locality TeamThere is an exciting opportunity within the North London NHS Foundation Trust (NLFT) for a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Community Services in Enfield.

Main duties of the jobThis post offers 10 Programmed Activities per week - 7.5 PAs for direct clinical care (DCC) and up to 2.5 PAs for supporting professional activity (SPA).
The post holder will be required to provide clinical and professional leadership and to take part in related management activities.
As a senior clinician, the post holder will have an integral role in the performance of the team, further development of the service, and the development of clinical pathways and priorities.

Job responsibilitiesThe post-holder will act as clinical lead for the multi-disciplinary team (MDT), working in close collaboration with the team manager and other senior clinicians in the team.
This is the post of Consultant Psychiatrist within the Enfield North Locality Team within the North London NHS Foundation Trust.
The North Locality Team is one of two Core Community Mental Health Teams (North and South) that together would cover the borough of Enfield.
There are sister teams in the other boroughs of the trust covered by other consultant colleagues.
