Both teams have a range of specialities including (but not limited to) working with neurodevelopmental disorders alongside the local paediatric service, developing MBT based interventions for older adolescents and young adults as part of NSFT's Personality Disorders pathway and developing the service alongside the wider system providing CAMHS interventions.
Main duties of the jobThis role will provide Consultant level support to both the CAMHS and Youth teams in terms of being part of the MDT discussions and interventions offered to those accessing the services.
The role also entails a high level of clinical leadership in terms of both supporting service developments as well as maintaining good clinical governance and assurance that the service is safe and effective.
