We are looking for an experienced manager at Weston General Hospital to oversee the implementation of the Healthy Weston 2 strategy, a UHBW plan for integrated acute and out-of-hospital care across North Somerset and the surrounding areas.This exciting vision will see yet more sustainable improvements to services ensuring patients receive timely care in the most appropriate setting.
Reporting to the Hospital Director, the Operational Delivery Manager will be responsible for engaging with key stake holders both within University Hospitals Bristol and Weston and externally to ensure delivery of the programme plan, alongside other key pieces of work as required.

As Operational Delivery Manager, you will need: Experience of delivering large scale, complex projects, and embedding sustainable changes Experience of working in a large and complex organisation within the NHS.
Experience of working with different professional groups, being able to deliver on multiple projects in line with deadlines.
