Job Overview: We're seeking a Consultant who will play a critical role in shaping our team.
In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for a variety of roles within the company.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess applicants' suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and candidate fit.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for key roles.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvements to recruitment practices.
What We're Looking For: • Experience: 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks.

• Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.
