This role involves collaborating closely with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions that maximize the potential of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics and Power Platform solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring successful implementation within agreed timelines and budgets.
As a client-facing position, it requires a high level of professionalism and integrity, as you will be representing the company in all client interactions.
In-depth knowledge and expertise in using Dynamics 365 Core Business Applications, including their licensing requirements and limitations.
A creative problem solver with strong analytical skills, able to think quickly and deliver effective solutions for clients.
Proven experience in deploying, developing, and managing Power Platform and Dynamics solutions, following best practices for Application Lifecycle management.
Skilled in building efficient data models, automations, and custom form visualizations.
Proficient in creating and developing model-driven apps, workflows, CloudFlow, and basic scripting automations.
Experience in designing chatbots and utilizing AI Builder.
Solid understanding of Power BI (Business Intelligence) dashboard features and the ability to create basic dashboards.
A track record of maintaining and renewing Microsoft Certifications.
Capable of building strong relationships at all levels within client organizations.
A collaborative team player with experience in managing client relationships effectivel
