We are looking for a highly motivated individual that wishes to extend their dermatology experience within community services.
The candidate must possess full GMC registration, MRCP or equivalent.
The candidate must have experience in undertaking dermatological procedures without supervision.
The role requires community-based dermatological consultations and follow-ups to be undertaken for adults and children and performing surgical procedures.
The candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with patients, have the ability to work within a team and independently, and have good time-keeping skills to ensure the clinics run smoothly and on time.
Main duties of the jobFollow patients, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based care in line with NICE guidelines, British Association of Dermatologist protocols and business standard operating procedures.Provide specialist advice to patients, families, carers, and the wider multi-disciplinary team.Carry out specialist dermatosurgical procedures, including punch biopsies, shave excisions, full excisions, and using cautery as well as cryotherapy.Contribute to the service and referring GPs through developing and delivering education and training.Contribute to the development of services.Work collaboratively and attend meetings with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the cohesive management of patients.See surgical and follow-up patients.About usHealth Harmonie Ltd is a fast-paced, growing organisation that operates in the healthcare sector based in the vibrant city centre of Birmingham.
