Consultant Histopathologist South East Our client's hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Histopathologist to join our dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, providing high-quality diagnostic services to our patients.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our pathology department, contributing to patient care and supporting the hospital's commitment to excellence.
Salary: £105,504 to £139,882 Salary Period: Yearly Qualifications and Requirements MBBS or equivalent.
Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists or equivalent.
Full registration (and a licence to practise) with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) within 6 months of interview.

Typical Job Plan and Duties: As a Consultant Histopathologist, your responsibilities will include: A typical job plan for a Consultant Histopathologist includes: Performing diagnostic histopathology and cytopathology.
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Providing expert opinions on histopathological specimens.
Engaging in clinical audit and quality improvement activities.
Supervising and training junior medical staff and laboratory personnel.
Contributing to research and development within the department.
