Joining our team will allow you to: gain exposure to a diverse national and international client base, including large corporates, private equity backed and owner managed businesses; provide advice to a range of clients across a variety of projects, including transaction related tax advisory support (e.g.
UK/cross-border transactions and demergers/restructurings, post-acquisition implementation and exit readiness), advising on key tax value drivers and complex tax developments (e.g.
transfer pricing and Pillar Two) and supporting with the full range of corporate tax advisory services; get involved in client business development activities; develop your technical skills either by receiving training and coaching or by providing it to more junior members of our team; and be part of a team that cares about you as an individual - and encourages you to be yourself, in a nurturing environment.

Our comprehensive range of services encompasses everything from the completion of tax returns (corporation tax self-assessment) to complex consultancy assignments and strategic tax planning.
We advise on corporate and general tax, international M&A, stamp tax, cross-border transfer pricing, reorganisations and reconstructions, and competent authority negotiations.
