Construction / Trades Supervisor

Construction / Trades Supervisor Belfast Details: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Site hours), 30 Days Annual Leave, Healthcare, Pension.
Day to Day:Foreman / Site Supervision, Minor Building and Maintenance Joinery, Health and Safety, Surveys, Ordering Materials, Toolbox Talks, Managing Direct Labour and Sub-Contractors.
Requirements: Experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor in the Social Housing Sector.
Knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
IT Skills, Full Driving Licence, CSR Card.
Good understanding of operating costs and productivity levels.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines & targets.
