CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR Construction Solicitor - Milton Keynes Our client is a market-leading practice with a first class reputation.
They are now seeking to recruit a construction solicitor into their friendly Real Estate team.
The role will be suitable for applications from qualified solicitors from associate to partner level.
Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
The position, located in Milton Keynes, will cover predominately non-contentious construction law with some contentious construction on occasion.
The work will include construction contracts and sub-contracts, third party rights schedules, collateral warranties and novation agreements.

It would be advantageous to have experience acting for developers and contractors.
