Construction Site Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Construction Lead to join our team at Torness.
This role is critical in overseeing the successful delivery of construction activities for cutting-edge HVDC projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure site compliance, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and foster effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary on-site construction lead, ensuring smooth operations and project delivery.
Monitor site activities and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Conduct site inspections, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Interface with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and external clients to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Contribute to the success of HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) projects by driving efficiency and quality.
Requirements: Proven experience in a site construction lead or similar role.
Strong background in HVDC projects or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and implement corrective actions effectively.
Flexibility to travel and spend 3-4 days onsite weekly.
