Responsible for all finishing aspects of a job including blockwork, POP work, plastering, painting and carpentry works, ensuring that the production, planning, costing and commercial aspects of the contract are considered at all times
To lead and manage construction teams ensuring all members of the team are communicated to, motivated and challenged
To work with the Commercial Team, to monitor construction costs and ensure any anomalies are rectified
To ensure a quality management system and control plan is in place for the site
To interpret and apply technical drawings to determine the contract requirements
Be familiar with contract details, able to interpret and apply tender and construction drawings
To manage the testing of technical components on a contract ensuring the tests are completed, results interpreted and appropriate action taken
To plan and prepare for new contracts including revision of tender documents, developing a schedule and establishing site facilities
