Construction Safety And Cdm Consultant

Construction Safety and CDM Consultant to join a multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy.
You will be responsible for the delivery of professional Health,Safety and CDM consultancy to clients across broad ranging sectors.
This is a hybrid role where your time will be split working between project locations, home and the office in London.
Duties include: Providing CDM advice and support to Client Teams.
Working independently on smaller projects or as part of a team on larger projects to deliver the Principal Designer duties and CDM advisor role.
Attending Design and Project Meetings as required throughout projects.
Visiting project sites to carry out inspections.
Reviewing Construction Phase Plans, demolition and lifting plans etc.
Undertaking site Health and Safety reviews and producing reports for Clients.
Working to deadlines ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
Supporting team members.
Qualifications NEBOSH General and preferably progressing with further safety qualifications Hold or be working towards CMAPS status.
Membership of IOSH/IIRSM/CIOB (preferable).
Experience Experience gained in client side CDM/Health and Safety roles.
Working knowledge of the principals of design risk management.
Experience applying the CDM Regulations and delivering an advisory service.
The role is paying £40k-£50k plus benefits.
