We are a dynamic and forward thinking recruitment business, supplying to the demands of the Construction, M&E and Building Services industries.
Over the last fourteen years we have established ourselves as a leading provider, with a track record of providing excellent recruitment services to our clients operating in the construction sector.
So, what will your duties and responsibilities be?
Identifying sales opportunities within the construction sector Sales to new clients Negotiating customer rates Visiting customers for sales / service meetings Customer service and account development Handling issues and managing your own recruitment desk What's on offer!
Invaluable experience working within an established Recruitment Consultancy Competitive base salary Industry leading commission scheme (up to 25% of GP paid as commission giving uncapped OTE of £100k+) 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays!)
Pension (auto enrolment) Extremely social & exciting environment Regular 'Social Club' events, including day-trips & nights out All we need from you is… At least 2 years recruitment experience or sales experience with knowledge / connections within the construction industry.
