£40,000 (PAYE) plus pension scheme, paid holidays, free parking, company benefit scheme Days: Monday to Friday Very good previous experience as a construction site project supervisor SSSTS or SMSTS card Experience of construction site set up Experience with RAMS Own transport and full UK driving licence Main Duties: Supervising a commercial construction site building refurbishment project Overseeing building facilities upgrades and building refurbishment Supervising subcontractors on a construction site Reviewing method statements and risk assessments Issuing permits to subcontractors Superb construction site project supervisor role with one of the UK's leading construction and facilities management companies, ideal for an experienced construction site supervisor with Civils and refurbishment project supervision experience, an SSSTS or SMSTS, and living in areas such as Cardiff, Penarth, Barry, Newport, Cardiff Bay, Rhondda, and the nearby areas within Cardiff and South Wales.
