As the Construction Project Manager, you will be working on Grid services projects primarily Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) & Synchronous Condenser (Sync Comps) projects.
Role & Responsibilities: Leading and managing project teams, including consultants, contractors and service providers.
Reporting project status to senior management and the Project Steering Committee.
Implementing anti-corruption measures and ensuring transparent reporting.
Facilitating internal communication and coordination across teams and departments.
Organising project meetings, documenting minutes, tracking progress and managing project budgets, payments and documentation.
Supporting tendering processes and managing design inputs for projects.
Utilising internal tools for payments, project tracking and risk management.
Contributing to the construction of wind, solar and battery storage projects while maintaining high environmental and HSE standards.
Skills And Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Construction Management, with a proven tracker record of managing complex EPC projects Fluency in English for all written and verbal communications Effective verbal and written communication skills, being able to convey technical information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders Clear understanding and knowledge of HSE Proficiency in quality control and compliance Effective progress tracking and reporting abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Logistics: Start Date: ASAP, can wait for the exceptional candidate Employment Term: Minimum 12 month contract Working Arrangement: WFH with 1 or 2 days travel required to site per week If you think you would be an excellent fit for this position and have carried out a similar job before, then please don't hesitate to apply or get in touch with myself directly via email or phone Tel: 0161 240 3750 Email: ******
