Your responsibilities will include:
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities. Design Review: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to review and refine project designs. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including plans, reports, and correspondence. What you'll need to succeedA Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not essential. Extensive experience in construction planning and pre-construction management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
