Construction Officer

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Ebbw Vale to assist with the appointment of a  Construction Officer , on a 5.5-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Rate of Pay : £18.32 - £22.92 per hour Responsibilities: Arranging and managing all the statutory testing surveys for the authorities Buildings, to ensure full compliance with the regulations, (e.g.
Asbestos re-inspections, mansafe system testing, safety glazing surveys, roller shutter doors and automatic doors servicing etc).
Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
