Carbon Rewind is a national installer of energy efficiency measures aimed at reducing heating bills and carbon emissions for homeowners and tenants.
We are actively working with energy suppliers and local authorities to improve the thermal efficiency of properties.
We have a fabric first approach which means we insulate homes before installing energy efficient heating systems and/or renewable energy solutions.
We insulate homes in a variety of ways as follows; Loft Insulation - typically topping up existing 100mm loft roll to provide 300mm insulation Room In Roof Insulation - insulation converted lofts by overboarding the sloping ceilings with insulated plasterboard and insulation eaves areas with mineral wool Cavity Wall Insulation - Injecting insulation bead into empty cavities and sealing the holes Internal Wall Insulation - Adding insulation to the internal face of external walls and replacing skirtings and window cills External Wall Insulation - Adding 100mm insulation boards then applying silicone render and adjusting pipework.
